Slovenian President injured in road accident

Slovenian President Natasa Pirc Musar sustained minor injuries after being involved in a road accident while returning from Croatia.

Axar.az reports, citing Slovenian media, that according to a statement from the Office of the President, the accident occurred in the Kastelec Tunnel. Following the collision, Pirc Musar was taken to the Izola General Hospital, where she remained under medical observation. She was discharged today and will continue her recovery at home.

The accident happened while the Slovenian president was returning from her annual vacation in Croatia. At the time of the incident, she was on her way to the Command, where she was scheduled to attend an official event as an honorary patron.
