25 injured in Ukrainian drone strikes on Belgorod

Three civilians were killed in Ukrainian attacks on Russia’s Belgorod region over the past 24 hours.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that Ukrainian forces attacked the region 146 times, while 162 drones were intercepted or suppressed.

During a nighttime attack on Belgorod, 25 people were injured, including children aged four and nine. One of the children was hospitalized in moderate condition. Nine other civilians were injured in the Graivoron, Krasnoyaruzhsky, Novy Oskol and Shebekino districts.

Thirteen adults remain hospitalized, one of them in extremely serious condition.

The attacks, involving shelling, air strikes and drones, also damaged numerous residential and administrative buildings, as well as social and commercial facilities. Several vehicles, two apartment buildings and one private house caught fire.

The attack on Belgorod occurred early on August 9.
