Ukraine struck Russian military targets in Crimea

Ukrainian forces struck several Russian military targets overnight on Aug. 16, including a missile unit concentration area in Crimea, a railway bridge in the Zaporizhzhia region and ammunition and military equipment depots in the Donetsk region.

Axar.az reports, citing Ukraine’s General Staff Telegram channel, that the missile unit concentration area was targeted in Rezervne in Crimea, while the railway bridge near Svitlodolynske in the Zaporizhzhia region was used by Russian forces for military logistics and troop movements.

Ukrainian forces also struck Russian military equipment and ammunition depots in Karlivka, Donetsk region.

“Work against key military targets of the enemy continues,” the General Staff said.
