Iran offers $30,000 reward for capturing or killing US troops

Iranian Army Commander-in-Chief Maj. Gen. Amir Hatami has announced a $30,000 reward for any Iranian military personnel who capture or kill a US service member.

Axar.az reports, citing Fars News Agency, that speaking at an event marking Journalists’ Day on Sunday, Hatami said the reward would be provided by the Iranian people.

“With the participation of the people, if any Iranian force can capture or kill an invading American force, they will receive a $30,000 reward from the Iranian people,” Hatami said.
