Ukraine strikes Russian defense plant in Rostov region

Ukrainian forces struck the Kamensky Combine in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov Region, Russia, on August 16.

Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian media, that according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the strikes destroyed two workshops producing explosives and gunpowder and damaged four other workshops.

The facility produces solid rocket fuel for the Uragan, Smerch and Tornado-S multiple-launch rocket systems, as well as for a number of missile systems and air-launched weapons.
