Iranian opposition leader Fouad Pashaei targeted in LA

The Iran Constitutional Party (Liberal Democratic) said its Secretary-General Fouad Pashaei was the target of an attempted assassination in Los Angeles on Monday evening.

Axar.az reports that, according to a statement issued by the party on its X account, Pashaei was subsequently hospitalized in an intensive care unit.

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the incident, according to the statement.
