Armenia has no plans to return to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) or resume its activities within the organization.
Axar.az informs, citing local media, that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made the remarks in parliament.
"I can say precisely that we will not resume our activities in the CSTO. Discussions are ongoing within the organization, and its charter also provides for the possibility of expelling a member state. If a decision is made to remove Armenia from the CSTO, I would be very pleased. This would free us from the dilemma of whether to leave or stay. Our interest in the CSTO has been exhausted," he said.
