Axar.az reports, citing Belarusian media, that Russia and Ukraine carried out a “10-for-10” prisoner exchange in Belarus’s Gomel Region on Monday.

The exchange was made possible by an order from Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

According to the report, 10 Ukrainian citizens who were in Belarus and had violated the country’s immigration and other laws were returned to Ukraine, while 10 Russian prisoners of war were transferred across the Belarusian border to Russia.
