Pezeshkian: Iran’s rights must be recognized

All of the Iranian people’s rights must be recognized.

Axar.az reports, citing Iranian media, that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said this during a meeting with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.

“The other side must recognize all the rights of the Iranian people in all areas and within the framework of international law. The Islamic Republic of Iran is not seeking anything beyond its legitimate rights,” he said.

Pezeshkian also stressed that Iran was not seeking war or an expansion of the conflict and said that existing issues should be resolved through dialogue.
