Five killed, 38 injured in bus crash in Russia

Six killed, 38 injured as bus traveling from Georgia to Moscow crashes with truck in Russia.

Axar.az reports, citing the regional State Traffic Inspectorate, that the accident occurred near the settlement of Inozemtsevo in the city of Zheleznovodsk.

According to the report, a Georgia-Moscow bus collided with a KAMAZ truck on the Kavkaz highway at around 1 a.m. on Sunday.

Six people were killed, and 38 others were injured, including 10 children. According to preliminary information, there were 43 people on the bus.

The city prosecutor's office in Zheleznovodsk is conducting an investigation into the accident to assess compliance with road safety and passenger transportation regulations.
