Russia maintains previous format of work with Armenia

Russia continues to fulfill its obligations regarding the management of the South Caucasus Railway and maintains the existing format of cooperation with Armenia.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that Russian Transport Minister Andrey Nikitin said this.

He said that Yerevan has not officially withdrawn from the existing agreements:

“Armenian authorities periodically make statements regarding the future of the railway concession, but in practice, cooperation between the parties continues in the same format.”
