Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters has warned the United States and regional countries against taking military action against Iran, according to a statement published on an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Telegram account.

Axar.az reports that the statement said that, based on information received, the United States was preparing to resume actions against Iran with the support of some regional countries following a meeting in a European country.

It warned that any U.S. attack on Iran would result in American military positions and interests across the region being targeted by what it described as “continuous, effective and painful” attacks.

The statement also warned regional countries that supporting any U.S. action against Iran would make them, in Tehran’s view, participants in the conflict and said they should not expect Iran’s armed forces to show restraint.
