China urges EU to resolve trade concerns through dialogue

China and the European Union should avoid a trade war and resolve their concerns through dialogue and consultation, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Monday.

Axar.az reports, citing Xinhua, that Wang made the remarks during a phone call with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul.

Wang said China and the EU are comprehensive strategic partners and should work in the same direction while addressing each other’s concerns through dialogue and consultation.
