Axar.az reports, citing Fars News, that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said this in a live broadcast after returning to Iran from the United States.

“Those who call us terrorists are themselves committing acts of terrorism. Those who kill children, patients, women and the elderly, and attack scientists and infrastructure, portray others as destructive forces and the cause of instability. This is completely unacceptable,” Pezeshkian said.

"The sanctions they impose also directly target the people. Despite these actions, they are not even ashamed and claim that they want to defend human rights and the rights of the Iranian people,” he added.
