Russia warns foreigners against traveling to Ukraine

The Russian Foreign Ministry has again warned foreign nationals, including diplomatic mission staff, that staying in Ukraine and traveling to the country is dangerous.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that the ministry's statement said Russian armed forces continue to strike military-related facilities in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities.

The Russian Foreign Ministry described the strikes as a response to attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces on Russia’s civilian population and infrastructure.

The ministry recalled that it had previously urged foreign nationals and diplomats in Kyiv to leave the city and refrain from traveling to Ukraine, while calling on residents to avoid approaching military and administrative infrastructure facilities.
