Trump links France protests to mass migration and Islam

U.S. President Donald Trump has blamed ongoing student protests in France on what he described as “out of control mass migration” and Islam.

Axar.az reports that Trump said in a post on Truth Social that what is happening in France is “nothing less than out of control mass migration.”

"This isn’t about schools, this is about Islam wanting to take over a once great Country!" he said.

It should be noted that protests by secondary school students began in the Île-de-France region in late September and have since spread across France. The protesters are demonstrating against overloaded school schedules, teacher shortages and other problems in the education system. In some areas, the protests have escalated into riots and clashes with police. Since then, law enforcement authorities have arrested more than 5,000 people, 90% of whom were minors.
