Zelensky slams US move to ease sanctions on Russian diesel

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said the US decision on Russian diesel fuel will lead to continued acts of terror.

Axar.az reports that Zelensky noted that gifts to Putin will bring neither peace nor any benefit to the civilized world.

"Russia will repay them for diesel with more terror and vile acts,” he said.

The Ukrainian president stressed that allowing the sale of petroleum products to an aggressor country amounts to investing in the war.

It should be noted that the US has exempted Russian diesel supplies to global markets from sanctions until April 7, 2027.
