Israel dismantles Hamas infrastructure in Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israel Security Agency (ISA) said they had dismantled Hamas military infrastructure at several locations across the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours.

Axar.az reports, citing a joint statement by the IDF and ISA, that the targets included an observation command center in the Daraj Tuffah area, a rocket launch site in the Al-Furqan area, and three weapons storage facilities.

According to the statement, the facilities contained dozens of weapons, including rockets, explosive devices, mortars, Kalashnikov rifles and other combat equipment.

The Israeli security forces said they had issued advance warnings to residents before the strikes and used precision munitions and aerial surveillance to reduce the risk of civilian casualties.

The IDF and ISA said they would continue operations to weaken Hamas’s capabilities and prevent the group from rebuilding its infrastructure or stockpiling weapons intended to target Israeli troops.

Israeli forces under the Southern Command remain deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to act against what the statement described as immediate threats, the announcement added.
