Russian strikes on Kyiv kill three, injure 21 -

Russian forces have launched missile strikes on several Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, Kharkiv and Dnipro.

Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian media, that several energy facilities in Kyiv were hit, leaving parts of the capital’s left bank without electricity. Power outages were reported in the Holosiivskyi and Pecherskyi districts, along with disruptions to the water supply.

Ukraine’s State Emergency Service reported that three people were killed and 21 others injured in Kyiv, including one child.
