CICA Secretary-General Kairat Sarybay has thanked Azerbaijan for donating a statue of a Karabakh horse to the organization’s headquarters in Astana.

Axar.az reports that Sarybay made the remarks at the 7th CICA Summit in Baku.

“I sincerely thank Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for this gift,” Sarybay said.

He also thanked Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for providing CICA with its headquarters, which was built in accordance with environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles.

“Furthermore, I would like to express my gratitude to the member states that donated works of art reflecting the diversity of Asian culture and transforming the headquarters into a true temple of Asian diplomacy,” he said.
