Bardella calls on Macron to resign

French National Rally leader Jordan Bardella has called on President Emmanuel Macron to resign, claiming that France has been humiliated and that law and order have collapsed.

Axar.az reports, citing French media, speaking outside a Paris police station, Bardella said law enforcement agencies had not been given sufficient resources and condemned what he described as decades of leniency.

He also criticised the left-wing La France Insoumise party and its alleged proxies.

“He should leave and apologize,” Bardella said, referring to Macron.

His remarks were interrupted live by Green Party MP Pouria Amirshahi.
