Armenia considers digital solutions for TRIPP route

Armenia may introduce digital solutions to facilitate the passage of its citizens through Azerbaijani territory after the TRIPP route becomes operational.

Axar.az reports, citing Armenian media, that Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan made the remarks while discussing whether Armenian citizens would be able to travel unhindered through Azerbaijani territory once the route is launched.

“This issue is still unclear, but in my view, digital solutions could also be introduced here,” he said.

“We know that conflict and psychological factors have existed. However, as peace takes hold and we make progress in bilateral trade and transit, we are also making progress on psychological issues, and this process is moving quite quickly,” Mirzoyan noted.
