Vucic's mother attacked near Belgrade market

Angelina Vucic, the mother of former Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, was physically and verbally attacked near Kalenic Market in Belgrade on October 25, according to the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS).

Axar.az reports, citing the party’s statement, that a group of young men pushed her, shouted at her, and tore bags containing groceries she had bought at the market.

"A group of young men with a pro-blockade political orientation pushed Angelina Vucic, screamed at her and tore the bags containing groceries she had bought at the market. Such behaviour constitutes an unacceptable act of aggression, humiliation and intimidation that deserves the strongest condemnation," the statement said.

The SNS condemned the incident and called on authorities to investigate. Angelina Vucic filed a police complaint.
