Medvedev urges Trump to deal with Zelensky

Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev has urged US President Donald Trump to instruct the Pentagon and the CIA to deal with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Axar.az reports, citing The Moscow Times, that Medvedev accused Zelensky of openly defying Trump and repeatedly acting against his interests.

According to Medvedev, Zelensky is “regularly spitting right in the face of the US president” by ignoring his appeals and turning influential Americans and Europeans against him. He claimed Zelensky’s actions were more damaging to Washington’s interests than Venezuela, Cuba and Iran combined.

“What should Trump do with such a ‘son of a bitch’? There is an answer in American history. He simply needs to summon the secretary of war and the director of the CIA and instruct them to correct this unfortunate misunderstanding… The method, place, and means do not matter,” Medvedev wrote.
