Israel election turnout hits highest level since 1981

Voter turnout in Israel’s parliamentary elections reached 16.68% by 10:00 a.m. local time (12:00 p.m. Baku time), according to the country’s Central Elections Committee.

Axar.az reports that this is the highest turnout recorded at this hour since 1981.

It should be noted that the main contest is between Netanyahu’s bloc and the anti-Netanyahu coalition led by Eisenkot.
