Russia says drone strikes damage cargo ship off Odesa

A dry cargo ship has been damaged in a Russian drone strike at sea, about 30 kilometres south of Odesa, the Russian Defence Ministry has said.

Axar.az reports, citing the ministry, that the vessel was allegedly carrying military and dual-use cargo for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The ministry said Russian forces had continued strikes against vessels it claimed were being used in the interests of the Ukrainian military.
