A new Volga car may join Russian President Vladimir Putin's presidential garage, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that on August 28, the Russian president visited the automotive cluster in Nizhny Novgorod, where Volga cars are manufactured, and personally drove a new Volga K50 between workshops.

Following the test drive, Putin described the car as comfortable and easy to handle, and praised its cabin sound insulation.
