Over 25 suspected extremists held in Moscow

More than 25 people suspected of extremism and abetting terrorism have been held in a large-scale special operation in Moscow and surrounding areas.

Axar.az reports that, the special operation was conducted by FSB officers together with the Interior Ministry’s anti-extremism center and special police units, according to the source. Those detained in Moscow and the Moscow Region are suspected of extremist activities and ties with supporters of terrorism, the statement said.
