Criminals should be punished for the base murder that took place in Ankara.

Axar.az reports that, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov wrote these words on his official Instagram account.

"Russian Ambassador Andrei Karlov, was murdered in Ankara. The crime has been committed at the exibition called "Russia in the eyes of the Turks". Who is directly or indirectly involved to this base crime should be punished severely," he added.
