Organizers will not disrupt anti-terrorism fight - Lavrov

The Russian Foreign Ministry said it considers the attack a terrorist act.

Axar.az reports citing to Sputnik, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said:

"If the organizers of the assassination of Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov aimed to disrupt the counterterrorism efforts, they will fail".

Karlov was shot by a gunman at an art gallery exhibition opening in Ankara late on Monday. Doctors announced the ambassador's death 40 minutes after his hospitalization.
