United Nations serving interests of US, Israel

Secretary-General of Lebanon's Hezbollah Hassan Nasrallah on Saturday blamed the United Nations for serving the interests of the US and Israel.

Axar.az reports that “UN's accepting the resignation of the Arab Secretary General of the ESCWA after the latter refused to withdraw a report condemning Israeli crimes, made it clear that the UN cannot be trusted to defend our rights,” Nasrallah said, according to Hezbollah’s official Al-Manar website.

Netanyahu has visited Putin lately because he was worried that Daesh (the ISIS terrorist group) will be defeated in Syria, he said, adding, “This means the triumph of the resistance axis in the region.”

“I tell the rebels fighting in the ranks of the enemies that you are only serving Israel and shedding the blood of innocent people,” Nasrallah said.

Noting that Daesh, Al-Nusra, and all the terrorist groups engaged in war will cease to exist, he said that even the Arab and Western countries which supported them are fighting them now.

“I called on the terrorists since the beginning to be aware not to trust the West and apply their plot in Syria because they were only using them as firewood and would abandon them later on,” Nasrallah said.
