Maradona confessed to be a fan of Putin.

Legendary Argentinian footballer Diego Maradona confessed that he is a fan of Vladimir Putin.

Axar.az reports that the footballer told it in an interview with journalists.

“I have contact with Putin. He called me and asked to do something in 2018 World Cup Russia. I am a fan of Putin and I will do it with great pleasure. The main issue is that we should meet and discuss the details” Maradona told.

The World Cup 2018 will be held in Russia.
