Putin urges Armenia and Azerbaijan to cease fire

Russian President Vladimir Putin has been deeply concerned by reports of the outbreak of hostilities on the contact line of Nagorno-Karabakh.

According to the Russian media, Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said about this. He stressed that the Russian President urges the conflict sides to cease fire immediately and to display restraint.
