Russia starts consultations with other co-chairs

Russia has started consultations with other co-chairs of the OSCCE Minsk Group on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Maria Zakharova, spokeswoman for Russia’s Foreign Ministry said Russia is observing the situation: “Moscow calls on the sides to show restraint and immediately refuse the violence”.
