Putin and Nazarbayev discussed Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev.

According to the information in official website of Kremlin, Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev discussed the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh.

The two presidents exchanged views on prospects for a settlement of the conflict. Mr Putin briefed Mr Nazarbayev on the mediation efforts Russia has undertaken in a bid to normalise the situation.
