Terror attack averted in Turkey

A terrorist attack has been prevented in Istanbul, the Turkish newspaper Milliyet reported April 21.

The police received a report about a motorcycle abandoned in one of Istanbul's tunnels. The police and sappers arrived at the scene.

An improvised explosive device was discovered and defused during inspection of the motorcycle.
