"Nagorno-Karabakh conflict cannot have a military solution"

"Nagorno-Karabakh conflict cannot have a military solution," Permanent Under Secretary of NATO, Alexander Vershbow has posted on his official Twitter page after the meeting with First Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia, David Tonoyan in Brussels.

"There can be no military solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict. NagornoKarabakh conflict urgently requires de-escalation and diplomatic progress under the auspices of OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair," the official of NATO has written.
