5.2-magnitude quake hits waters off Taiwan

A 5.2-magnitude earthquake struck the waters off the Hualien County of Taiwan at 5:21 a.m. Sunday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

Axar.az reports citing Xinhua.

The epicenter was monitored at 23.71 degrees north latitude and 121.8 degrees east longitude. The earthquake struck at a depth of 26 kilometers, the CENC said.
