Moscow urges parties to Karabakh conflict

Moscow hopes that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict sides will avoid steps that undermine the fragile cease-fire.

According to the Russian media, the Russian president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

According to him, Armenia has not discussed the issue of recognition of "Nagorno Karabakh's independence" with Moscow.

D. Peskov said: "We carefully watch the decisions taken in this context. Of course, we continue to hope that the parties to the conflict will avoid any steps that may disrupt a quite fragile truce and in general trigger the escalation of tensions in Nagorno-Karabakh."
