Istanbul bridges illuminated with Azerbaijani flag colors

The July 15 Martyrs Bridge, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge in Istanbul were illuminated with the colors of the flag of Azerbaijan marking the 101st Anniversary of the Republic Day of Azerbaijan on May 27.

Axar.az reports that, the action was held for the first time in the history of the city at the initiative of the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul, as well as with the support of the General Directorate of Highways of Turkey and the Istanbul Mayor's Office.
