Armenian FM makes important statement

At this stage, meetings and discussions can only be held on preventing the incidents happened in the Nagorno-Karabakh, the Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian told in his statement to reporters, AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian Media.

"The application of the mechanisms that enable the restoration of the negotiations can also be considered", the minister said.
