A giant asteroid is approaching Earth - NASA

NASA warns about asteroid 2019 OU1 approaching Earth

Axar.az reports that the agency has announced the celestial body is 160 meters in diameter.

The asteroid, flying at a speed of 13 kilometers per second, will be near the Earth on August 13.

Scientists say that the asteroid is not a particular threat to the Earth. The facility will be approximately 1 million kilometers from Earth.
