Armenians build a new airport near our border -

Armenia has built a new airport in the territory of Kaffan district.

Axar.az informs that, the Syunik airport will be launched in the spring of 2020.

More than $ 5 million has been allocated from the Armenian budget for the construction of the airport. The airport is intended for passenger transportation from Yerevan to Zanzibar.

Recall that Qafan district is bordered by the occupied Zangilan region of Azerbaijan. The airport is located on the coast of Ochchuchay, about 300 meters from the border with Zangilan.
