Axar.az reports this was stated in the report by NASA Inspector General Paul Martini.

NASA acquired 70 space sites in July 2019 for $ 3.9 billion for the delivery of American and partner astronauts to the station and the Earth, according to the report.

However, the report says that over the past 20 years, 85 guided flights of Russian Soyuz ships and US Space Shuttle to the international space station have been carried out. 239 astronauts and cosmonauts visited the station.
