Russia's refusal to grant $ 600 million in loans will not affect Belarus's 2020 budget.

This was stated by the Deputy Finance Minister of Belarus Yuri Seliverstov.

“It doesn't affect the budget at all. Because the amount of money we are planning to attract from China is equivalent to what we want from Russia, ”he said.
