Macron will meet with NATO Secretary General

French President Emmanuel Macron will meet NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Paris on November 28.

Axar.az reports referring to TASS, the Yelisei Palace issued a statement on Monday.

Note that Stoltenberg explained the purpose of the meeting in a November 22 interview with Le Figaro: This issue will also be discussed during the meeting. I want to tell the French president that there is no need to make a choice between the European Union and the transatlantic solidarity. ”

The NATO chief also reminded that France plays a leading role in Europe's defense.
