A new position is being created in the Russian Security Council.

Axar.az informs that, president Vladimir Putin proposed to create the post of deputy chairman of the board and to appoint Dmitry Medvedev to this post.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed the head of the Federal Tax Service, Mikhail Mishustin, as prime minister.

Axar.az informs that, according to the Kremlin's press service, Vladimir Putin had a business meeting with Mikhail Mishustin and offered him a job as prime minister.

With the consent of M.Mishustin, his candidacy was submitted to the State Duma.
