Five countries demand compensation from Iran

Iran is obliged to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the shooting of a Ukrainian aircraft near Tehran and to pay compensation to the relatives of the deceased passengers.

Axar.az informs that, the joint statement of the five countries with passengers on the crash crashed. Note that the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Canada, Great Britain, Sweden, Afghanistan and Ukraine met in London and discussed the course of the Iranian investigation.

It was noted that Iran should conduct a comprehensive, independent and transparent international investigation. The countries welcome the Iranian government's willingness to cooperate.

The Boeing 737, belonging to the Ukrainian International Airlines, which was supposed to fly from Tehran to Kiev on January 8, crashed shortly after landing.

As a result of the accident, 176 people were killed. A few days after the incident, the official Tehran admitted that the aircraft was accidentally shot by a rocket.
