We must urgently prevent large-scale civil war in Libya.

Axar.az reports that, the statement came from UN Secretary-General Antonio Gutteres.

"Those involved in the conflict need to stop their military operations. We will try to make concrete progress in this area around the world.

Admittedly, there is a risk of escalation in the whole region. Urgent and decisive measures must be taken," he said.
