Eight people were killed and four were missing in Spain after a "Gloria" storm. The government is concerned that their numbers will increase in the next few hours.

Axar.az informs that, hurricane Gloria, born in Spain for the fourth day, has brought strong wind, heavy rain and snow to some parts of the country.

Tens of beaches on the beach were washed away. In Catalonia, the delta in the delta Ebro delta was flooded. Several municipalities plan to declare a “disaster zone”. The region has suffered serious economic damage. In more than 100 municipalities in Catalonia, up to 30,000 residents were left without electricity by storm.

On January 24, the Valencian government will approve a framework decree on aid to destinations and areas affected by the storm.

In Aragon, about 200,000 residents were left without electricity due to power outages. Unfavorable weather has devastated much of the region's territory.
